Bell

Jumpstart Lab's communications app. Sage works out who should hear something, Valet holds the credentials that send it, and Bell owns everything in between — the audience, the message, the campaign, and the review a run passes before anyone receives it.

Audiences

Who a message is for, kept as a definition rather than a pasted list, so the same audience can be re-run later and still mean the same thing.

Messages and campaigns

What gets said, and the sequence it gets said in. A campaign is the plan; a run is one execution of it against a specific audience.

A review queue before anything sends

A run is drafted, then held for a person to read. Sending is what happens after approval, not what happens by default.

Reachable by agent

Bell exposes an MCP endpoint that Switchboard federates, so an assistant works the same surface a person does.

Status: only the login shell and a ping tool exist today. Audiences, messages, campaigns, runs, and sending are not built yet.
